How To Suspend Your Plan – ZOLEO

To suspend your ZOLEO monthly plan, log in to your account at myzoleo.com from a smartphone, tablet, or computer web browser. Your monthly plan cannot be suspended using the ZOLEO app.

Note: Suspension is available once per billing cycle, after your initial one-month service term is complete. For Australia and New Zealand, suspension is available after the initial three-month term.

Important: Suspension takes effect immediately. If you want to continue using your device until the end of your billing cycle, wait to suspend until you no longer need service.

How to Suspend Your ZOLEO Monthly Plan

Log in at myzoleo.com.
Navigate to the Devices & Plans menu.
Locate your ZOLEO device and expand it using the drop-down next to the device name.
Select Suspend. A confirmation prompt will appear.
Select Yes, Suspend to confirm, then press Done.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your plan is suspended.

What Happens While Your Plan Is Suspended

While your ZOLEO plan is suspended:

Your ZOLEO device will not transmit messages via satellite. This includes SOS and check-in messages — your device cannot be used for emergency alerting while suspended.
You can still use the ZOLEO app to send and receive app-to-app messages over cellular and Wi-Fi.
Your dedicated ZOLEO SMS number and email address are kept on hold and will be reactivated when you restart your service.

How Suspension Affects Your Billing

When you suspend mid-cycle, your plan fees are prorated for the days you were active. You'll be charged only for the days on your regular plan, and your account will automatically receive a credit for the unused portion. The suspension fee then applies from the date of suspension.

If you have Location Share+, that feature is also suspended when your plan is suspended. Any additional charges you see alongside the suspension fee are proration adjustments from your previous billing cycle, not new Location Share+ charges.
