What is ZOLEO Track?
ZOLEO Track is a web application that lets you view the location activity of the ZOLEO devices on your MyZOLEO account.
You can use ZOLEO Track from a desktop or mobile web browser to:
- View your device's latest reported location
- Review the previous location activity
- Follow breadcrumb trails from Location Share+ sessions
- Monitor SOS activity
- Share device activity with others
- Export activity data to a CSV file
ZOLEO Track shows activity generated by Check-in messages, Location Share+ updates, SOS alerts, and successful Locate requests.
If you manage multiple ZOLEO devices, ZOLEO Track lets you monitor them all from a single map. If you only have one device, you'll see a dedicated view of that device's activity.
ZOLEO Track is separate from the ZOLEO app. Continue using the ZOLEO app for messaging, pairing your device, configuring Location Share+, and other mobile app features. Use ZOLEO Track to view and share location activity from a web browser.
Who can use ZOLEO Track?
ZOLEO Track is included at no additional cost for active MyZOLEO accounts with at least one active ZOLEO subscription. You can open ZOLEO Track when you have a MyZOLEO account with at least one eligible ZOLEO device.
You do not need Location Share+ to open ZOLEO Track or view activity from Check-in messages and SOS alerts. You only need Location Share+ if you want automatic breadcrumb updates or to use the Locate feature.
To learn more, please see Location Share+ Overview.
How to access ZOLEO Track
You can access ZOLEO Track from MyZOLEO or by going directly to the ZOLEO Track app. ZOLEO Track opens in a browser, so you can use it on desktop or mobile web.
To open ZOLEO Track from MyZOLEO:
- Log in to your MyZOLEO account.
- Select ZOLEO Track from the navigation menu.
- On desktop, it's located in the left-hand menu.
- On mobile, open the menu and select ZOLEO Track.
- ZOLEO Track opens in a new browser tab.
- Your eligible devices appear automatically.
You can also bookmark the ZOLEO Track app in your browser for quicker access.
What activity appears in ZOLEO Track?
ZOLEO Track displays location activity reported by your ZOLEO device.
Activity appears when your device:
- Sends a Check-in message
- Starts a Location Share+ session
- Sends a Location Share+ update
- Triggers an SOS alert
- Cancels an SOS alert
- Responds to a Locate request
The map shows device markers and activity points based on the latest available location information. When you select a device or activity point, ZOLEO Track can show details such as the activity type, timestamp, address or coordinates, speed, altitude, battery level, and network source when available.
If a location does not have a reliable street address, ZOLEO Track may show coordinates instead. This is common in remote areas and does not mean the reported position is wrong.
How Location Share+ works with ZOLEO Track
When a Location Share+ session is active, ZOLEO Track displays automatic location updates on the map, creating a breadcrumb trail that shows the device's movement over time.
Location updates can be sent as frequently as every six minutes or as infrequently as every four hours, depending on the interval selected in the ZOLEO app.
Location Share+ is also required to use the Locate feature, which lets you request the current location of an eligible ZOLEO device from ZOLEO Track.
